Nice soaking tub—love the heat and air bubbles

Installations part needed that is listed. Kohler doesnt make it nor do ,any plumbing supply houses. Had to make my own.

Wonderful Tub

Very relaxing tub with room for 2. The bubbler works on ours and it can be controlled, however the lights on the bubble controller never worked. The pump is located 8 to 10 feet away in the mast bath closet so we don't find it very noisy.

Agreed - DON'T BUY

This tub sounds like a vacuum cleaner that everyone in the house can hear. Also, the tub isn't allowing me to adjust the intensity which might make it a little quieter if I could. I tried calling customer service today to see if they could assist me and it says they can't take my call right now due to high call volumes. I would expect more from Kohler

Don't buy--Super loud and horrible kohler customer service

I had a new house built and purchased the bubble massage freestanding bathtub. The pump is incredible loud (similar to airplane landing) and can hear it throughout the house. I had the pump replaced but that didn't fix the issue. I have tried to contact Kohler and the Kohler representative for my area (Southampton NY) and after a few phone calls I still have not received a returned phone call.
