The cart was easy to assemble and the metal was thicker than I expected. The wheels are heavy-duty. Very good quality cart.

The cart seems sturdy and was easy to assemble, but the smell made it impossible for the teacher to use. She reported nausea. ***Global Management Comment: We will review this issue with the manufacturer.***

I wanted steel for a stronger cart but the vertical pieces come in two parts so the cart tends to become "unsquare" as it is pushed. I plan to reinforce with cross bracing

I’m impressed! Purchasing was easy, shipping fast, packaging clearly designed to withstand most shipping abuses. Hard plastic corners reinforced the metal shelves and protective layers kept all pieces from scratching.

The cart is great but the directions were unbelievably POOR.

What is not included.

It would easily be a five if it came with assembly instructions.

I ordered this to match another cart that we already had. The original cart was welded together this one bolts together, which is ok. I like that there were extra nuts, bolts & washers included. Also didn't know that there are 3 rubber mats, one for each shelf, very nice touch! Thanks.

I purchased the Industrial Steel A/V Cart for my digitizing business. The cart is well built - I expect it will outlast my business. I appreciate the extra hardware that was included with the cart. Often over time, bolts, fasteners, and screws can loosen and disappear. Nice touch Global.

Love the cart and price. Shipping was one third again the cost, so felt steep. More assembly than indicated on web page, but it's just the right product for what we need
