This worked great for what we were looking.

this hook was easy to install because it has a small screw that can remove the 'rod holder' from the mounting bracket so there is plenty of room for drill and bit

Screw was broken in half in package spent awhile trying to find a screw with a small shaft… annoying

I bought the blind and then these brackets. I was told that the blinds that I bought at JCP would fit these. They don’t!!!

Found what I needed, but your team could use some customer service training. 4 people just told me to go to the back corner of the store. And the one that was working one aisle over told me to just look around on the shelves.

Included screws are too long for the anchors

Included screws are too long for the anchors. So now I just have big horrible holes in my wall that won't hold the bracket up. What a waste of money! Scrounging around the garage to find a shorter screw won't help because the anchors is now loose after attempting to get the screws in them.

The brackets were the correct size and easy to install. I had issues with the drywall anchors but I think it was user error. Happy with the purchase.

They were easy to install with the right tools on hand, and I also replaced the original Anchors with Drywall & Stud Anchors for added stability for old plaster walls. It was little to no mess when I was done.
