Great stool - great color choices - seat is a lil small

I bought this stool based on the color options, weight limit, and the fact that it was for outdoor use. The colors are fantastic (I bought all different colors of this stool to be used at our outdoor tiki bar). The stools are lightweight and therefore easy to move from one area to the next. The hole/handle in the middle of the seat makes carrying and drainage for rain great. I gave the stool 4 stars due to the size of the seat itself and the design of the back. The seat is small and honestly just a few inches off of being more comfortable. The bars that attach the back rest come up the sides of the stool which is a little uncomfortable on the hips for larger people. The back also is tilted just a little too far back. When sitting up the stool it is not bad but if you lean into the backrest you start to slide off the stool as you really need to lean back to hit the backrest. If the seat was bigger and the backrest was angled upright a little more I would have definitely given 5 stars! I am however keeping them due to color choices, weight capacity and they work for what we need them for. The shipping was fast and assembly was easy. I also encountered a problem where only 4 of the six stools that I had ordered were shipped. Zoro's customer service was quick to act to resolve the issue and my other two stools arrived about a week later so very pleased with Customer Service.

Gael counter height bar stools were a good buy.

Liked the sturdiness of these counter height stools. Well made and looked more expensive than they were.

Not the most comfortable stools. But they do last a while and are very easy to clean. Also are a more modern piece of furniture. Assembly is very easy as well.

Le dossier de la chaise ou est-ce que l’on met le vis était buster. /dante quand on s’assoie sa fait du bruit car la plaque n’est pas flush avec les vis et il manquait encore de la peinture, très déçu car cette chaise était un remplacement pour une chaise qui manquait déjà de la peinture…. $400 pour deux chaise et l’une d’entre elle manque de peinture, contact service à la clientèle reçois une autre chaise et même chose manque de peinture et la plaque pour vis pour le dossier est bossé extrêmement déçu pour la qualité et le prix… je n’ai pas prise de photo car je suis tellement déçu de la qualité…. Je me demande sa donne quoi….

Buyer Beware: Rusting after less than 2 months

I've had 4 of these chairs for under 2 months and they are all already rusting. They are outdoors but under a fully roofed patio. I live in Dallas, it rains and can be humid, but there is no reason all 4 chairs should be rusting at the seams. The quality of these is extremely poor. Please don't make the same mistake I did in buying these.

Great counter stools

Took forever to get, but this is exactly what we were looking for. We love them.

Pricey

I purchased 3 of these chairs and super excited to get them. However, was a little displeased when the product arrived. They are poorly made and it seems most of the pieces were bent. I was able to put them together but, I have one chair that seems to be a runt. One leg is shorter than the others and in no way of repair as it's a solid piece. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to correct this issue. If I hadn't paid so much I would have given this a better rating.

Nice Looking not comfortable

I have buyers regret, after assembling them and having people sit on them they are extremely uncomfortable. I am opening to the public in a few weeks hopefully for sit down if the NC Governor allows it and am very concerned that my customers will not be comfortable. This is a brand new restaurant and I so wanted it to be perfect

These look really nice, I don't think you'd ever guess they came from Walmart! They are also really comfortable. I am currently working from home from my table with these chairs, so I sit in it for hours each day. Also very easy to put together - the bottom half arrives already assembled so you just screw one the wooden seat tops and the back.

Received without the back. After I called, they sent me one but it didn’t match the stool, holes wouldn’t line up. Need to return both boxes now.

Absolutely love these stools. They are sturdy and the perfect addition to our kitchen. Easy assembly BUT be careful not to over screw the wooden seats (my husband may have tightened a little too tightly and pushed the screw up into the wood).

These chairs are exactly what you expect. Very sturdy metal pieces for everyday use. Great industrial design for use in kitchens or seating during presentations.

Solid Chair, Good Customer Service

The chair is exactly what you expect, a solid metal chair. Color (white, for us) pops and the wood base looks good. Set-up was pretty easy, just screw the back into the base and screw the seat into the base. We had an issue with the wrong seat, but their customer service reps were very responsive and warm. We had the replacement part 4 business days later.
