Awful bag system gets caught

Love the color. Found the perfect size trash. Love the quality.

Ordered a trash can, arrived with 4 dents. Requested a return, Wayfair replaced the item. 2nd item arrived damaged as well. Now trying to get a return started, so frustrating.

I do enjoy this trash can. The only complaint I have is that the left side of the lid sticks when the foot pedal is pushed.

Infuriating and a Bad Design

I bought this about two weeks ago. The can doesn't open so every time I tried to pull a full a bag out, the bags ripped. This last time I tried pulling the bag out. It still ripped and threw trash everywhere but also the lid did this lovely thing were it fell apart.

well built and sturdy. the step lid opener works very well. The only drawback is that the lid does not stay up independently but keeping your foot on the pedal seems to work for that.

Aesthetic Trash Can

We love our new kitchen trash can! The tall slim look is so convenient for space saving and no more bending for us to throw the trash. Love all the features. I’m just concerned about the availability of trash bags in this size. I would definitely recommend it!

They are the perfect color and style for my outdoor deck and are great quality. They blend right in. You can see them near the fireplace, one on each side. I’m on the app buying another one!

Super squeaky after 6 months

Bought this six months ago and it’s been great until recently. It’s started squeaking loudly as the lid slowly goes down. Any advice from customer service? WD 40 came to mind.

Large stylish trash can

The black finish gives then trash can a pleasing look and it’s 13 gallon capacity is more than enough for any kitchen

Looks nice but not functional at all!

Garbage looks nice but the design is awful. It is impossible to get a full bag of garbage out of the can without tearing the bag and spilling trash!

Nice product but stinks

This trash can was a great size, color, and style for my needs. However - when it arrived, the smell from the packaging was so strong and chemical-scented that I had to air it out in the garage before bringing it in my home. I think I will use it for outdoor use only because the whole things smelled like toxicity from a foreign warehouse. It’s a shame because the can itself seems nice

Nice can

I have the home zone 13gal liner free trash can in my home bar. It is elegant and perfect for what I needed. Bag changes are easy, and the hold is strong. I like the slower closing lids in case my foot slips.

The trash can works very good. It opens with ease because of the large /wide pedal that is easy to step on with your foot. The silent close is awesome and doesn't make any noise. My trash bags have been staying in place.

Easy to clean and traps smells.

I really love this Trashcan!! It's very easy to clean and has a removal liner. It doesn't take up a lot of space, because of the way its designed. It's durable and my trash bags stay in place and don't sink into the trash can when it gets full. The pedal is easy to push and is a great feature so you don't have to touch the trash can and especially if your hands are full. The lids closes slowly so you have time to out your garbage in there. Lastly, it has a place on the back you can place your hand if you need to pick it up.
