My two cats love this tower! It’s big enough for large cats
wrong parts, not level
I was excited to get this cat tree, but they sent the wrong parts, which are mislabeled, so when I put it together, it’s not anywhere close to level starting at the third level. One of the parts they sent is too long so it throws the rest of the tree off. I followed instructions exactly but it’s unusable. When I received the tree, it was a bunch of parts tossed into a box, with no packaging. Another part is missing as well. This is made very poorly and it’s clear I got a unit that someone else returned. Not happy. I do not recommend.
