Steep slide

My toddler is scared of the slide; it is a little too fast/steep for him.

good product, poor customer service

We are happy with the climber, just unhappy with customer service at Step2. I emailed them because we need replacement screws (my husband took it apart to store it, and the screws got lost). Unfortunately my husband passed away and I can't find proper screws to assemble for my grandchildren.

Great Play Set!

Great play set for our 2 year old. He loves it! Not too much assembly to do. Helps to have two people but not 100% necessary. Sturdy. Would definitely buy again.

This is an awesome climber for the younger toddlers to play on. The only thing I would like to see changed is the climbing side. It should have foot hole steps equal on both sides for both the right foot and the left foot. As the toddlers grow then they will be able to take alternate steps at higher levels.

Good Product

Seems like a good quality product. Relatively easy to put together. I ended up having to assemble the slide and climber pieces not as instructed and it worked no problem. My daughter (17months) LOVES it! Great sized slide that will get a ton of use.

Great quality it’s perfect size for my 2 year old daughter but I do think it would be too small for a 6 year old even though it’s lists up to age 6.

I bought this step 2 Gametime sports Climber Toddler Playground for grandson for Christmas so i didn't see him till a week ago cause we are in Ohio and he is in Indiana now I didn't know you have to open all your Christmas presents you buy from Walmart cause you have a time frame to get parts replaced so i waited till the weather got nice to get it to him and when they where putting it together found out the ladder is missing but they did put a extra basketball hoop in the box really sounds like terrible quality control they don't know the difference in basket ball hoop and a slide. Anyway they said i'm to late to get anything done abought it. so open your packages and rewrap them or don't buy from them. I spend a few thousand dollars a year there so maybe I should rethink where i shop maybe you should too. I didn't ask for my money back all I want is the slide
