Great Product but Missing Parts

My kid is obsessed with this car so it was worth the purchase. However, assembling the car was a hassle as we were missing a part (a bolt) and another part came damaged (the screw that is built into the handle was completely missing). We went back to Walmart though and they were helpful in exchanging the product.

We bought the Step2 Whisper Ride Cruiser in pink for my daughter and it has been a big hit! We’ve had it for almost a year and it has held up to hours of use in all four seasons! Putting it together was easy and we could tell it was a quality product out of the box. After using it for almost a year, we’ve noticed two things that we would change about it though. The first is that the stickers already need to be replaced and started peeling after a couple exposures to rain. I wish companies like Step2 would find alternatives to stickers on outdoor kids products like this. The second thing we would change (and the biggest flaw we’ve found with this product) is that the back of the seat is designed oddly and leaves bruises on my daughters back after she’s ridden in it for a while. This is a big concern of mine and the only reason I rated this 3 stars instead of 5. This seems like a safety concern to me and I definitely think Step2 should make it a priority to look into it! Overall, we love the Step2 Whisper Ride Cruiser but, unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend it to anybody until they fix the design issue. We’ve used Step2 products for our children for over a decade and have grown to love the brand so we really hope they’ll address this issue and prevent other kiddos from getting hurt on this in the future.

This car is really durable. It has a seat between for added safety and my daughter seems very comfortable while we push her around. It was easy to assemble, took about 10 min. My daughter is super entertained riding around in her pink car.

Great little car, but missing a part

Got for my child’s first birthday. Its great except its missing the yellow cup holder that should be attached to the handle. Waiting on a response from Toys R us about the missing part.

Great value

Great price and super fast shipping. I would have offered 5 stars, but 2 parts were missing so I couldn't assemble the buggy. Certainly no fault of Walmart but I had an upset grandson.

Whisper Ride Cruiser - Red

Great car, 2nd one we’ve bought. Our ASD son doesn’t like going in pushchairs so this is a great, fun alternative. We’ve put Toy Story stickers on to make it even more appealing to him and he absolutely love it and gets so much attention in it when he’s out. Great for days out, so much easier to push over the beach, forest and grass than a normal pushchair. Highly recommend

Very sturdy and safe . Took two of us to build it but not difficult. My little grandson absolutely loves it. Money well spent and a great saving compared with other sellers . Would highly recommend this company.

Save your money!

This is the cheapest made toy I’ve ever seen. The instructions to put it together look like my 5 year old wrote them. There’s one step that says “you may need make a hole with a screw driver to get the screw in” like I’m sorry what? Please save your money for something better cause this ain’t it

This car is amazing! The ride is smooth there is no clunky tire noise bc it has a rubber strip ... my granddaughter LOVES it .... she loves to sit back put her foot up and wave at the cars that go by .... she's hilarious and 1 ... you won't be ridin dirty with this gem... buy it now ... the only thing I was like WHY about was the yellow adult beverage holder ... why not

Step2Cruiser

Bought this for my granddaughters first birthday & it was a big hit! It took my husband over an hour to assemble and he was impressed with the quality. It comfortably fits two toddlers, or one older (3yr.old). Retractable handle is great (& necessary) for transport. Super cute and fun! Recommend this!

Love at first sight!

I purchased this push car in pink for my granddaughter's first birthday. It was her favourite gift! She absolutely LOVES taking walks in this car! The joy I have watching her huge smile and hearing her joyful laughter as she rides along is immeasurable! She often goes out in it twice a day because she loves the experience so much! So very very happy to have made this purchase!

Fits exactly and keeps handle up

I bought this part for the car I was putting together on December 23rd for my grandson. This part was missing so I called the company to get a replacement. They must have left early as I couldn't get hold of anyone. I needed the part ASAP so I just went ahead and ordered 2 of them rather than wait until after Christmas to talk to anyone. (As I can see this part getting easily lost, I thought I might as well get a spare now.)It added about $16 to the cost of the car ($10 for shipping) but my little guy got his car with the handle upright by about New Years. I would like to see it designed so that this part doesn't detach from the handle so it doesn't get lost when you fold the handle under the car.

Our little boy is OBSESSED with cars, so when we saw this we knew we had to get it. We take it with us to the park, dr appointments, and shopping malls instead of the stroller. The horn and steering wheel is so fun for him to use. The seat also lifts up for storage so we will usually put diapers, wipes, and a snack in there instead of needing to carry our diaper bag. Bonus for mom or dad is the cup holder on the push handle! We customized ours using my cricut and some removable vinyl in case we ever donate or sell it.

Perfect for evening strolls!

This is a great rider for any toddler. The quality is exceptional and the price is good too. The only negative I can say was the assembly was a bit difficult when it came to putting the steering wheel portion on as it clipped in and then screwed in. There were no pilot holes so you had to really push the screw in to break through the solid plastic. Other than that it’s fantastic, our daughter loves it and here evening walks with our dog. She honks the horn and waves at people as we pass by and thinks she’s the biggest girl ever! I would definitely recommend.

Great for young toddlers

First, I got the blue car for my granddaughter; very disappointed by Kohl's categorizing of toys by gender. This car is adorable and very stable. I believe it says age 2-4 but I got it for a 20 month old child who fits it perfectly and, when not insisting on walking everywhere, loves to ride, "steer" and beep the horn I cannot imagine a four year old or even a three year old fitting comfortably in this, or even remaining interested in riding, since it is entirely adult controlled. I love the cargo space under the seat. Some sippy cups are too big for the cup holders. Assembly wasn't bad, but there were issues. First, the directions had placement of washers on axle after securing the small cap to the wheel, which would be disastrous if followed. There were multiple pictures devoted to the nonfunctional steering wheel, but omission of replacing the final bolt in the handle! I had to force the handle parts through the seat back with a hammer, and fortunately did no damage. I'd also recommend installing seat belt before the steering wheel for more comfortable screw driver access. Overall a sturdy, cute vehicle that attracts attention every time we're out.
