I found out the hard way that the Sterling will send an incomplete shower kit to your door and fail to mention that they’ll be unable to send a complete kit (after you’ve paid). They could not provide the back wall to my shower kit. It is a time drain to manage the return with Home Depot, and not an easy process. I was informed by my return agent Asia that going forward, I should only have kits sent to the store, as the local store will check the product for you before you pick it up. I highly recommend not shipping to home from the Home Depot website for any type of home appliance kits (especially if your project is time sensitive).

This is a piece of crap do not buy!!!!!
If your a model builder think of your worst revel model. This thing is made in a mold and the parts do not fit together properly. They are full of burrs and incomplete edges. In addition the product is brittle so it breaks really easy. There is no support from sterling. Your on your own. I definitely would not recomend this product.

Product was great. Getting it shipped to the store was a real cluster **** requiring three attempts which ended up costing me $110 more that what it was when the order was placed the first time when it finally came in. Management couldn't explain why and showed no inclination to work it out. Since I had an unfinished massive cavern in my master bathroom, cancelling it was not an option.
Directions were easy to follow and assembly went easy as well.
