I have ordered these multiple times they're very nice very strong and sturdy and have so many different uses are used them 24/7 all through the year well worth the money.

It’s year number two for these stocking holders on my mantle and they are still the best balanced hooks I’ve ever used. I can fill our stockings full without any worries they will fall off...and they’re lovely, too!

We have a wooden mantel that is pretty raw cut so the top isn't smooth and the "corner" where these sit isn't a nice crisp corner. I searched and searched all over for a heavy holder that didn't have to be sat at the edge of a flat 90° corner/edge. These do the trick as long as they're positioned correctly!! They're so beautiful and they're not terribly heavy. I love these so much and I'm so pleased with how they look and how much they hold!

We now hang stockings on the stair railing. These holders rest easily on the railing and hold a loaded stocking with no problem. I've had to add these to existing holders due to expanding family, and they look just like the originals.

I like the holly embossing detail and the ease of use since no drilling is required. The scrolls can be used almost anywhere making the decision of where to hang stockings easy. I wish I had ordered a shinier metal rather than the pewter though; a silver or gold sheen would seem more celebratory and holiday bright.

Work on thicker mantels

Our mantel is just over 2 1/2 inches thick and so I have never been able to find stocking hooks that worked. Because of the way I decorate the mantel I didn't want some little figures sitting on the edge of the mantel and adding a decorative element that didn't go with my plan. These scrolls are simple and will work with whatever idea I come up with from year to year.

Do not look like brass

These are advertised as "antique brass" but they look like yellow steel, very dark. They will work for the two additional stocking holders I need.

I had been searching high and low for a stocking holder to match my N O E L letters that were brass and heavy as our family grew. Eventually I decided I didn't want anything that flashy for our new mantle. I wanted other things on the mantle to be the decorations. Theses are subdued and work great!!! They hold up to 10 pounds. So happy with this purchase! I wish I had thought of these years ago!
