Nice sleeper sofa but missing pillows

I'm still missing 2 throw pillows- 1 patterned and 1 plain. I told the guys on the truck and they passed on the info. Received a phone cal that said they were sending 2 more but still haven't received. Other than that the sofa is awesome! Nice fabric and spacious for my big family!

Bad Quality

Bought Fall 2021. Fabric started to pile and cushions sag after few months. Can't flip cushions because bottom of cushions are finished with different fabric..more like a liner. Not sure why they bother putting zippers on cushions because you Can't wash the covers. My previous set lasted over 15 years and was in fantastic shape but was dated so I went shopping. It's easy to write a good review at first but furniture should stand-up after 2-3 years and this doesn't. It's just me so the set doesn't get abused. I feel like I completely wasted my money but am now stuck. Store experience was fine.

Cushions slide

I had a wonderful experience in your Conshocken store. The set is very pretty but extremely disappointed with the cushions. When someone sits on the couch or love seat the cushions repeated slide off the set, hanging over the front. We need to adjust cushions every time someone sits on it.

Awesome quality sleeper sofa

I had some family staying in town and needed something versatile. I was hesitant because I heard sleepers aren’t comfortable. Luckily the warehouse had one on the sales floor all ready rolled out and then I was sold. The delivery personnel were incredible as they were able to get this into my basement quickly and efficiently with a smile (it was a heavy item). Thank you I’m in love with my new sofa/bed.

Very nice looking, but overall disappointing quality.

Bought the entire set in store (sofa, loveseat, chair), looks great, super cozy fabric. But within a couple of months the cushions are sagging where people sit the most. Also a seam one one seat cushion has unraveled and there is a growing hole. Also, the seat cushions on the bottom are not the same fabric of the whole couch/loveseat/etc and cannot be flipped over to help with wear and tear. A bit disappointed in the overall quality. Definitely not a set that will hold up for many years, let alone a year.

Sofa bed

My sofa bed is of high quality! We purchased the memory foam mattress and it is so comfortable. Easy to pull bed out and put back.... The delivery men were wonderful. Quick, careful, and efficient! The Buying process was also right on target and my sales man always got right back to me as I would text with any questions! All in all a wonderful and carefree experience! I would highly recommend the product and the buying experience!

Made very well and comfortable

The furniture is very well-made, very soft, holds its shape and even cleans easily. The microfiber type fabric holds up very well to our 50 pound bulldog. My favorite is also the back rest pillows, which are part of the couch, are actually fastened so you don’t have to worry about them moving. The cushions are very comfortable and sleeping on them is a dream. The depth and height of the couch and cushions is perfect for taller people but that’s OK for me because I like to lounge because my feet at 5‘4inches tall. Don’t touch the ground when sitting normal. The only thing I wish different is if there was Velcro under the cushions to keep them from sliding forward.

Nice looking, but shows it flaws quickly

Looks great but after having more than a year it’s flaws start to show. The cushions sink in and stay flat if you sit longer than 30min. The cushions sit like a V shape now, where the ends (towards the armrests) are more firm and the middle is more flat. This is the problem with couches that have 2 cushions rather than having three, one for each seating position. Also, the attached of the back pillows can very easily rip away from the framing.

The best that I could find

I love the look of the couch and the fact that it's a sofa sleeper. Most of them are not very attractive. They're usually bulky and not my style at all. However, I almost didn't buy this one because the cushions are sewn onto the back of the couch. I absolutely hate that. One you can't wash the covers and two you can't fluff or manipulate the cushions. I had to take away 2 stars for that as it a huge deal to me. But I needed the sleep because I don't have a guest room and the mattress in this one is amazing. So that's why I decided to move forward. The look and the mattress won me over.

Love this sofa!!!!

I absolutely love this sofa. It is plush, incredibly soft, and comfortable. It is beautifully made. A great but for the price & quality. I’d been searching for a sofa for months, and as always buying online is tricky. But this sofa is is everything I was looking for. Comfort, style, and quality. Ashley delivery was prompt, received it in 3 days after purchase, Delivery was on time, the workers set up in less than 15mins. Seamless, I was impressed.

It's okay but does not hold up.

We have had this couch for two years, and the sofa has been reasonably comfortable, but it didn't take long for it to start falling apart inside. Firstly, the sides are very hollow. If you pat your hand on the sides (under the armrest), there is nothing solid under the fabric. There is just fabric there. With the sleeper mattress, a thick metal wire runs across the bottom of the sleeper and has slowly protruded further and further out. If the sleeper is out, we have to be careful not to run into that not to get cut or scratched. When the sleeper is folded in, the same wire digs into the couch cushions, so we have holes in the cushions where cotton comes out. Lastly, the back of the sofa has two "support beams" that have dislodged and are poking the fabric from the inside. Unfortunately, we trusted in the quality of Ashley, so we decided against the extended coverage. I wish I could get furniture in GA from the place I went to in California. I had my set for ten years, and it only needed cleanings. Everything else stayed together STURDILY throughout the years.

Beautiful couch, but NOT a queen sleeper

The couch is beautiful and has deepish, cozy cushions. However, we were mostly interested in the queen sleeper portion of it. It's not a queen size. A standard queen size is 80" long. This product description says 72" long. When we received it, the tag says 70" long. So if your guest is taller than 5'10", their feet will be hanging off. Realistically anyone over 5'5" will have their feet hanging off because people don't sleep with their head at the very top edge. We're going to gain a few inches by covering the gap between the pull-out and the couch, so it's OK for our use. But take these reviews seriously if you're looking for a true queen sleeper. It's not.

Lovely Sofa

I want to start off by saying my shopping and purchasing experience was great! Bobby at the Glendale store was wonderful and made everything easy and worry free!
