Unfortunately poor customer service

I imagine that this was a nice cookie jar. Unfortunately it came smashed into pieces and the website is not open for issues apparently. No way to contact help for a refund or replacement. Very disappointing experience

Cute but poor quality

I was very excited to get this cute little cow cookie jar. I gave it two stars because it is very cute. Unfortunately that's where it ends. The first one I received had a lid that didn't fit at all, and yes, I did try putting it on both ways. Apparently the lid was not the correct lid for that base. So I returned it and got an exchange. The second one came, with chips And scrapes on the lid. One chip had already been"touched up" with some sort of brown marker. So I had to return again, this time for refund. The cookie jar is a very thin ceramic, that will chip very easily. So I got to waste my expensive gas by returning 2 of these things. And Target customer service did not care at all. Just hope I get my money back. So disappointed.

Bought it as a gift for my mom. She loves it. Im thinking of buying one for me.

I want to order another one but cannot find it on your site...

The lid would have been nice to include

Very cute except.... when I opened it.... THE LID WAS NOT IN THERE!!!! I had to rebox it and drive 25 miles to town to return it.

I love this little cookie jar because I love cows. in reality though it doesn't hold a lot of cookies at the handle is a bit unusual but all at all I love this cookie jar
