Super rough wood, bad for blankets

It's exactly what I wanted... except the rungs don't seem to be sanded and are not smooth. I don't want to pull tiny pieces of wood off into the blankets whenever we drag them along the rung, nor do I want to tear a blanket by doing so as well. Super disappointing.

The items sent is not what is pictured here. Completely different color, look, and dimensions. Much taller and thinner than the photo.

Much better than anticipated. It is actual semi-rough natural wood, like I cut two small trees down out the woods and used their branches to make a ladder. Looks absolutely fabulous, doesn’t snag clothes or blankets.
