Better than expected
This chest is a good bargain. IMO you do need to be handy to assemble, otherwise it will be a challenge. My husband, who is very handy, found it easy to assemble. He also reinforced each drawer with an extra piece of wood. There are several reviews that mention that the feet are plastic, this is true, but it doesn't seem to take away from the aesthetics or structural integrity of the furniture. For the price I found this to be a good deal and it met my needs.
