Ok not sturdy or square
Great towel racks - great addition to our main bathroom!
This is a towel dryer
Sooo, I was excited to have this addition to our newly renovated main bathroom. We spent $ to add it instead of heated floors. It fits the decor well & the timer is the perfect method of control. HOWEVER, per the instructions, this is not a towel warmer--it is a towel dryer. The towels do not get warm enough to be an after shower treat, as hoped; instead, they hang on the device for however many hours you set the timer and gradually dry--which in humid Atlanta is still a positive.
Good product overall. Timer setup could be a bit more intuitive: it is possible to turn on just timer without turning the heat on. We were under impression that it should be heating towels in this settings. Also, remembering the timer setting would be good. We always have to re-adjust the timer. . Installation into a drywall is relatively easy, make sure to thin pivot holes before drilling with a thicker bit.

The towel warmer works great. I wanted the timer and on-off feature and for that reason this warmer is more expensive then others. The timer works as promised and I like that the drying indicator is is in two hour increments. Allow 15-30 minutes for your dry towels to get nice and warm.
this is an excellent item. Met all my expectation. Highly recommended. Bought for my newly remodeled bathroom. Especially good in the cold weather when you need worm towels.
