Very light weight plastic most noticeable using the lid. The two panels do not close to an even seal and I think this will allow water to enter in the box. Good news it was very easy to assemble.

Easy to put together. Seems fairly robust. Had rain and it doesn't seem to leak. Looks good. Great size. Big improvement on a previous model that had a flip lid - this one stays open! Handy.
