Was so excited to get this frame! It was perfect for a printed picture my husband got me. The frame came well packed and intact. It had the hardware to hang it included. I had it up in no time. Thanks!

Quality is not great

Be aware that the quality of this frame is not super high. I got the 18x24 size so it came with acrylic instead of glass. Even with a protective covering, the acrylic is super scratched. The frame is very lightweight. The tabs that secure it in the back also feel flimsy. I've bought multiple other frames of this size for posters and this has been the lowest quality at this price point.

Excellent is beyond words. I had this made to frame a painting from my wedding, 2’x3’ canvas w an oil painting. It made the painting look royal. Incredible. Highly recommend. Craig is so kind and caring and his customer service was second to none. He followed up and was eager to ensure I was satisfied with my order. I can’t wait to purchase from him again.

Shipped super fast and the frames are AMAZING!!! They look perfect on my quirky gallery wall. Will def be buying more drones from here they are so sturdy and the glass is thick. Packaging was superb as well.

Cheap Materials

To be blunt: this frame feels like it was created in a children's shop class. The wood is cheap and light, the paint was sprayed on haphazardly, and the "glass" is actually a flimsy plastic. The materials are so cheap that I can lift a 24x36 frame easily with one finger. It's honestly surprising that Michaels is selling this product. If you were to hold it in your hands, you wouldn't pay more than $15, much less $100. Very disappointing.

This frame arrived earlier than expected, carefully packaged, exactly as depicted, and gorgeously crafted. I am so pleased that this seller carries various, unique dimensions to suit many artworks and it really magnifies our piece at home so beautifully. I definitely look forward to purchasing again!

This is the third frame i’ve ordered, love the quality. Unfortunately this last one had a little chip, i didn’t notice till i was about to hang it and threw all packaging away. Still recommend, but check frame before disposing of packaging:)

I purchased two of these (24x36) for memorial collages and they were perfect. Solid and sturdy frames, but lightweight so they fit on an easel. The seller was very responsive, and answered my questions quickly. The frames look exactly as shown, and they look great. I will definitely buy these frames again.

Overall great piece

Overall it works great for what i needed! I just wish the hanging pieces were attached. It was kinda hard to attach them to the back to hang it. But the frame is lightweight, good quality, good delivery time, and came well packaged to prevent breakage.

This is my second frame in this style and I will probably order more because I love them so much. Great quality, looks exactly like what was pictured. Overall, wonderful experience both times. Thank you!

The frame is pretty, but not the best quality. It is extremely lightweight, and the back of the frame is cardboard with a bunch of prongs you must open to insert your image. The front of the frame is also more of a plastic-y material, not glass.

Really nicely crafted frames, shipped quickly (and very well packed) and the service was very responsive. The frames came with good quality hardware for hanging and helpful instructions, which we appreciated. One thing that would take these frames “next level” is a slightly sturdier backing (it’s thick cardboard, rather than MDF); however, no one sees the back anyway, and the choice of materials here makes it kinder for your walls (and your back when hanging/moving). The “look” is what I wanted, and I’d definitely shop here again…great selection, too!

These are quality solid wooden frames with nice mounts. Painted in a soft gold that isn’t to Shiney or tacky. Look classy and elegant, even better than in pictures.

I really liked the frame, but the plastic insert was severally scratched in multiple areas. It was unusable. Didn't send back because I had the glass from the previous frame.

This frame is very nice quality! It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. I really appreciate that it came with hanging wire and even a nail and picture hanger. I did expect it to come with glass, but it was a thin plastic instead. Overall I am pleased with this frame.

Good frame that serves the purpose. The frame is wood painted in gold, not metal. I wish that it comes with glass cover but the size that I chose only comes with acrylic cover, which makes it much lighter and easier to carry, but I still prefer the glass look. Overall the frame looks nice and serves the purpose. I just wish the frame is made of more heavy duty material.

Very happy with this picture frame. I love the variety of sizes it offered. I was able to put my own picture mat in because of all the sizes they offered. Great quality and love the detail.
