Disappointing
When the unit arrived it had screw holes in the trim plate, which for my use would be exposed. I didn't remember seeing screw holes on the listing so I went back to look and the installed pictures on homedepot.com doesn't show the screw holes. I wrote to the manufacturer who responded that those pictures are not real, just renders of what it would roughly look like. Depot refunded my money, but refused to give me a replacement promo code to replace the one I used on the original order.
