Description not accurate

I am so disappointed with this purchase! I could have gotten the exact same file cabinet locally and saved $100, but I believed the description. This is a flimsy (not commercial grade) file cabinet with a little less than 80% drawer extension. I asked about drawer extension and was told that it was full extension - the description says that the drawers are "fully accessible" which is misleading because when files are hung in it, I cannot access any files in the back 4.5 inches of the drawer. It arrived in perfect condition, but I could have picked up an identical cabinet locally at a lower price and saved the $74 delivery fee. I am REALLY upset about this! It is too big and heavy for me to box it up again and return it.

Don't waste your money.

The corrugated box that it was delivered in was torn in a number of places. The filing cabinet itself must have been dropped before packaging because the bottom corner was completely crushed. This is not a commercial grade cabinet, flimsy and cheaply made.

The file cabinet is exactly what I was looking for my office. Very roomy and has locks on all four drawers. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a filing system.

THIS CABINET IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO INCREASE MY FILING SPACE. IT WAS DELIVERED IN PERFECT CONDITION, NO DENTS OR SCRATCHES AND WAS DELIVERED A FEW DAYS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED.

Decent product for price. Excellent cust service

Had to return the first one because it arrived damaged after shipping. Customer service was excellent. They picked up the old one from the house and shipped a new one. The color is neutral so it blends in nicely. Unfortunately it was not completely level on the bottom despite the added weight of the files. I just cut a little piece of cardboard off and wedged it under. It is not visible and did the trick. Decent price for decent product.

Nice price and nice cabinet.

Pretty Standard file cabinet. Comes with a key to lock and holds standard size file folders. Great price and looks great. Two drawers can open at one time.

Bottom drawer was pushed in probably about 4 inche

Nice cabinets but they’re getting cheaper with the locks and keys over time. Also, it’s a crapshoot whether or not you get one that’s dented. I’ve bought three now, and two have been dented and one was fine. One of the ones that was dented had small creases in the back corners that weren’t visible and didn’t hurt anything functionally. The other however, it’s Bottom drawer was pushed in probably about 4 inches in the center. I pulled it back out and it cracked the paint. I rationalize keeping it because it was a pain in the rear end to get in the first place, these are heavy file cabinets.

Works fine for my application

I bought this file cabinet because I wanted something that would fit in an office closet. Fits just right. I do wish it was a little more heavy duty. #sweepstakes

good but damaged

Box was not damaged on receipt, but upon opening the package, we found multiple dents in the filing cabinet. One dent affects the lock, so we cannot get it to lock. Since we are using it in our home, we do not need it to lock. The other dents were not of any consequence and were not enough to cause us to send it back. It looks nice in the room and serves the purpose of storing our files.

Highly impressive

I love my new file cabinets they were the cheapest around town . All was shipped speedily and well packaged . Awesome first time experience!

File cabinet

We ordered it and the first one delivered was dented. Reordered and the second one came even more dented. No foam to protect it. Didn’t order it again.

This is my second purchase of this cabinet.

Excellent file cabinet. The 26 1/2 inch depth provides twice the capacity of cheap cabinets with only 15 inch depth, without using more wallspace. The drawers extend almost all the way out to allow full access to the files in the back.
