It's a nice thick and soft rug but it does get balls of wool that are stuck to it and don't vacuum up. Like a sweater where you need to shave off the pills.

My go to rug for style at an amazing price.
Avoid if you have cats with claws
The rug is beautiful and wonderfully soft beneath my feet. However, a workman was at my house in the guest room where this rug lays and the cats got in and put their claws to it. If you have cats you need to pass this rug by.
Beautiful rug! The grey is more on the blue side like mentioned in other reviews but not that blue. Soft to the touch while still being low pile. I am using it under the dining table and it’s not hard to move the chairs on it. I would highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this rug. I've had it for quite some time now and it's held up great, although my cat thinks it's his scratching pad. Despite the scratching, when I vacuum the pills up, it looks good as new.

Very pleased with this rug. Note, it is not 100% gray--there is a blueish tone to the rug. I had a difficult time capturing this in the photos. The photos read more gray than the rug truly is. There was no outgassing and minimal shedding which is to be expected with a new rug in the initial weeks. The item arrived promptly in perfect condition.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This rug is beautiful, thick, soft under foot, well made and looks way nicer than the price tag. Not to mention overstock ships incredibly fast! This rug is a winner!
