Better than expected
For me this was a budget buy, but now that I have received it, I realize this is an high quality desk. The online photos don’t do it any justice. It is bigger than expected with an awesome texture finish. The keyboard area fits my 49 key midi with plenty of room to go bigger if needed. The top shelf fits a 32 in tv with just enough room for my speakers. Assembly was fast and easy, only taken like 30 minutes to an hour for setup. The assembly instructions came with seven photos that were not difficult to comprehend. The only extra tool needed was a screwdriver, but packing came with screws and allen ranch. I would definitely recommend this to others with no questions asked.
Arrived broken
Looks like would be a decent desk. Unfortunately mine was shipped with a broken leg. The weld points were snapped, not sure if it's a fault of the manufacturer or the shipping. For this price point I guess you can't expect super durable quality but the joints where the metal pieces meet look very weak.
I bought it before for a friend so I trust is in good condition .
I bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it! It’s a perfect size for his keyboard and laptop for him to record music and it doesn’t take up much space. Really durable and it looks great . Would definitely recommend. .

Perfect for my teen musician
My 16 year old son put this together himself and uses it to put his electric piano and computer on. It is robust and practical for computer or music needs.
Real review. This is decent product.
The box had some holes in it when it came and the styrofoam inside was crumbling and made for a mess. All parts and hardware was intact after pulling everything out. It assembled fairly quick and easy to follow instructions. Very sturdy so far. I use a drum machine a beat on the pads frequently. The desktop was level and didn't bounce noticeably. The upper shelf I believe was supposed to be 10" it is actually only 8" depth. The 10" would provide more stability for items on the that shelf like small studio monitors etc. I am going to fix mine to the shelf so they don't fall if I move the workstation. The keyboard drawer is spacious enough and stable. I do wish it had a way to lock in place when I have it pulled out. Overall for a beginning setup or a smaller music setup the product is decent. Oh it has rack mounts with mounting hardware too. Big plus. Less
Nice small studio desk
Worked out perfect for what I needed. Is actually quite sturdy - looked like it might not be. Worked great for my 61-key keyboard. Anything larger probably won't fit. The top shelf may be a little narrow for larger monitor bases (mine are 27") or speakers (mine are 5" Mackies). Top surfaces are kinda slick, so may need to put some rubber pads on speakers and anything you don't want to move around.
Love it.
I have no idea why people complain. The wood is not thin. It is 3/4. Yes it is not real wood,if it were you would pay a lot more. The wrap looks awesome and should protect it well. I see no wobble issues either.
Negative
Liked: Price and fairly decent construction.Hated: Rack spaces were TOO SHORT for standard 19" gear! They must have been measured in some Chinese unit... Totally useless for audio rack mountable equipment. Ended up giving mine away to a kid for gaming use.

Quick facts
What factors should I consider when choosing a desk for a home office?
Consider the desk size, storage needs, material, and ergonomic design to ensure comfort and productivity.
How can I maximize space with a small desk?
Use vertical storage solutions, organize cables, and keep only essential items on the desk to maximize space.
Is it better to have a desk with or without drawers?
It depends on your storage needs. Drawers offer built-in storage, while a desk without drawers may offer more legroom and a cleaner look.
What are the optimal desk dimensions for a home office?
The desk should be at least 32 inches (81 cm) deep for a slim monitor and about 39 inches (99 cm) wide for ample working space. The standard height is about 30 inches (76 cm).
How can I use different interior design styles together?
Juxtaposing different styles, such as placing an old-fashioned desk next to a modern chair, creates a visually interesting space. Maintaining a balance between styles is key.
What are the ergonomic considerations for a home office desk and chair?
The desk height should be approximately 30 inches (76 cm), with enough space under the desk for your legs — at least 24 inches (61 cm) for a desk chair with legs. For a chair with castors, a clearance space of 28 inches (71 cm) from the desk's edge is recommended.
How much space is required for a comfortable desk chair?
A chair with legs needs around 28 inches (71 cm) from the nearest desk edge, while a swivel chair requires more space due to its mobility.
What is the ergonomic height for a desk chair?
The seat of a desk chair should be about 18 inches (46 cm) high, with adjustable armrests for lateral and height movement.
What are the key measurements for ergonomic furniture design?
Work surfaces should be about 36 inches (91 cm) high, with at least 8 inches (20 cm) of legroom under the work surface, and office chairs should provide 28 inches (71 cm) of space for legroom.
