Damaged and the box had obviously been opened as has tape over every inch of it… so probably was already a returned item! Lowes assured me that it came pre assembled but it is not even partially assembled. The mgr at Lowes has been incredibly helpful in making this right.

Love at first sight!

I fell in love as soon as i seen it, works marvelous and fits to perfection on my family room. Very easy to assemble, the hubby did it on his own. Totally recommend

The fire place is too small but ok

Unbelievable that this item REQUIRES A COMPLETE ASSEMBLY!!! I NOW AM FORCED TO HIRE SOMEONE TO DO THE JOB. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Disappointed

When opening the box, it was evident that mice had been busy eating the contents. Other parts of the fireplace had been damaged as well.

I absolutely love this Fireplace. It was easy to put together and looks absolutely beautiful in my home. You can not only change the colors of the flames but you are able to change the look of the logs as well. Everyone who has seen it also love it as well. I highly recommend it.

Not the best

It arrived broken. When it was replaced, I was charged more the second time after having to return the original to a store and then rebuy online and wait again for it to be delivered. I love the look of the product, but I'm not sure how sturdy it is going to be since the top seems to break easily.

Easy to assemble completely dislike the damage in the box. And the Styrofoam mess...

Be sure you decide if you want clear glass rocks .

Wonderful tv console for 70 inch tv, storage space electric heater with logs or clear rocks.

Top quality

My only complaint is that it comes with a fire log already inserted and the pictures on the website do not show the picture of a fire log. It does come with the clear stones which you can trade out but it requires a little work. It was fairly easy to put together ,but time consuming.

The box arrived pretty banged up. I have to assume this was the shippers fault but UPS always tosses around packages. Maybe this isn't the best method to ship furniture if it isn't going to be well padded. Now I'm sitting for waiting to see if the replacement parts are available with this huge damaged piece sitting in my living room. Then I have to get them reshipped and return this. Hopefully they make this right quickly. I just spoke with a rep who told me they will send a replacement but we are responsible for disposing of the damaged furniture if UPS doesn't take it. A 100+ lb piece of furniture. They will gladly take back the undamaged piece. It's worth paying extra for white glove service from a physical store. Save yourself the headache.

It matched as what you see in the pictures. It looks so nice in my husband's. It was delivered earlier than expected, all parts came complete. Though there were some few small wood chips here and there.
