Nice cozy blanket

Purchased this blanket for our summer home which can become very cold in the fall before we close it for the winter, and the fact that it has two separate controlled heat zones worked very well when I share the bed

Doesn't heat.

Even on the highest setting, it doesn't feel any warmer than a regular blanket. I can't tell if the heat coil is even working, or if it is just holding body heat in the blanket. Ten settings of "can't tell if it is on" equals one regular blanket feeling, plus the uncertainty of if Im adding to my electricity bill. Hard pass. Want a refund.

Good blanket

This is my first electric blanket. Kind of thin, warms well, hot enough to bake a chicken. Very long cord, will reach any outlet. No automatic turn off. Heat selection from 1-12 I think. I turn it in before I get into bed. Sometimes I lay on it like a giant heating pad and sometimes curl up with it.

Great blanket!!! Love the temperature controls and auto shut off. Don't need any other blanket! Would definitely buy it again. Great for a gift!

Worked fine

My blanket worked fine for the first few months of use. It’s been gradually been glitching.

Gets the job done

I am a cold-blooded person, I use to sleep with a comforter, plus two small blankets. Now give me my heated blanket, on a low, but extremely warm bed setting of 4 %26 I am out in 10.

Arrived in perfect time just 1 day ahead of the Polar vortex that hit Texas.

Very nice blanket!

This has been great to have and the coming frigid weather will make this a must have. It works great. We are using it on 2 to 3 out of 10 as far as the amount of heat we want and that works great. No need to turn it up any higher. We love it.

Blanket

Nice and soft, but i expected the whole blanket to get warm. inly the middle has coils so the edges is hust there for length. the cord attaches in the middle of the blanket which i do not like, shouldve put that closer to one of the corner edges. not what i ordered, but this was choosen as a substitute and its a No for me. It barley gets hot and its on 12, the highest setting. will be returning and picking what i want out the store next time

Not sure if would buy again

so far so good, I hope it will last for two years. Hope doesn't quit working when wash it

Broken out of the box!

Picked up the blanket from Lows and got it home. The blanket was broken out of the box. The controller flashes after the blanket is turned on. Nothing about this on the instructions no troubleshooting, nothing. So I don't know if there is a quick fix to it but I'd never know. The blanket is very scratchy but I assume that fitted between a few sheets it would be okay. I'm not okay with the manufacturer leaving so little information for the consumer. This isn't Low's responsibility so I will not mark them for it. I am not okay with paying $70.00 for a blanket that is as cold as the cash I spent on it. Guess we will return and try again. What a shame

Comfy warm

It works! Warms my bed and keeps my feet warm. It’s soft and fits my bed perfectly.

Sparkle

Used only a few times in less than a year. Was very gentle with it. Went to use it now, and when I turn it on it startet an electrical sprkle and got a burn hole. The whole room smelled like burn.. very disappointed. It was a gift from my husband.

Will not honor Warranty - Bad Brand

Every sunbeam blanket I have gotten fails in around a year. I made sure I purchased one with a warranty the last time, but Sunbeam will not honor it and just gives me the runaround. Walmart should stop selling this brand.

Heating area is narrower than the full size bed.

I like the fabric, works fine, but this Standard (Full) blanket does not heat the whole standard size mattress. If you center it on the bed, the heating coils start at least 6 inches in from the edge of the mattress. Fine for a single sleeper, but can't recommend it for two people.

This Sunbeam electric blanket is wonderful. The blanket heats up quickly and when you turn it off it stays warm for quite a long time. It’s perfect for this fall/winter season.
