We purchased an outdoor sofa/chair set from CostCo over 2 years ago. We have just recently added new seating to our porch area, but cushions were not an option. It was wonderful that after all of this time, the fabric on the CostCo furniture is available from Sunbrella in yardage. I am now sewing cushions for these 2 new porch cushions using the exact fabric we previously purchased on the sofa set- a seamless look! The fabric holds up well and maintains its beauty. I love Sunbrella!

I purchased a bench swing 10 years ago from Costco. The fabric on the canopy and bench cushion was by Sunbrella. It lasted a long time out in the California sun. I’ve had pillows by other brands that just didn’t make it long. I have decided to replace the old canopy and bench cushion with Sunbrella fabric. It’s durable, soft/comfortable and looks really nice.
Difficult to work with
I made a baby high chair cushion using this fabric. It has a pleasant texture and drape. But it frays terribly, and I don’t have a serger. I would not recommend it for any home sewing project with complicated piecing or small components.
