Good gazebo and service.
Nice gazebo
The gazebo is very pretty. We did have a snag when we discovered that two parts were missing. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days to hear from customer service, but then the parts were shipped very promptly. Overall, it went together well and we enjoy the way it looks in our yard.
Great product
This gazebo is a very well made structure and deserves the consistently high ratings by other purchasers. It arrived in a timely manner in two very well packed boxes that were designed to ensure that there would be no damage to the parts. All the pieces were labeled and the instructions were very straightforward. It took two of us roughly 8 hours to assemble with some additional hands to hold the side posts in place during the initial setup. As you will see in the picture, we installed it on uneven ground so installed concrete posts to set it on.
Great Gazebo
Good quality material. Instructions were mostly clear for assembly. We only had to backtrack twice in assembly to fix an error in our building. Measurements for size were right on and squared up nicely. We were able to assemble with only two people, but 3 would have been ideal. We have had it up for a week and love it so far. We would definitely recommend.

Sunjoy 12' x 20' Gazebo
The gazebo shipped as promised and was delivered within the time frame Sunjoy said it would be, even after the freight company sent the package on a slight detour. My husband and son put the gazebo up around an existing hot tub in about 3-4 hours. Most of the directions were clear. If you are an erector set builder or Lego master, putting this gazebo together is just using those skills on a grander scale!

Quick delivery, looks fantastic
We LOVE how this has transformed our back yard. It was tricky to put together in some sections. Pay close attention to the location of the holes for securing the posts at frame up and the holes for securing the roof. Impact drill, and ratchet needed. Note 6’ ladder is not quite tall enough, 8’ is better. More helpers the better! Finished product is fantastic.
Excellent gazebo
Gazebo arrived within 2 weeks. Packaging was stellar. The build was decently easy. I did notice that one roof by panel was slightly damaged and two roof panels had tire marks on them (probably from being ran over at the factory by a forklift). Other than that, I love the gazebo! Exactly what my backyard needed.

I put about 90% of the work into assembling this gazebo. I had help with the base and did the roof assembly myself. There was more than enough hardware to put this together. Instructions could be a little tough to interpret but what ones aren’t these days. once completed, is a very sturdy shelter.
