I would give 0 stars if I could. This item was ordered 8/12 and delivered by 8/15. The boxes were torn up with items falling out as UPS driver carried them to our porch. Once opened we found that the entire hardware kit was missing as well as 2 additional pieces. We attempted to work with Sunjoy customer service (THD staff attempted as well). After several delays and non-answers we returned the gazebo on 8/12.

Instructions were just pictures. Very hard to follow by pictures. And several hundred pieces. Once youve put a couple together it may become easier . Expect at least a week or more of working it a couple hours or so at a time

You need at least two people to put this together. There is a lot of pieces to this. Instructions are pictures only.

The gazebo was missing several parts. Sunjoy literally asked for everything that was missing. I told them all the parts that were missing. Then they proceeded to play dumd. Said they were shipping the parts a month ago. Then on final email to them. No phone number to call everything must be through email. They said they didn't have the parts and it would be one to two months before they could ship it. This company gives Home Depot a bad image and should never be used again. Totally unsatisfied

Missing 43 items needed for assembly. I now have a pile of material that I can't do anything with. Just awesome. If you want some aggrivation in your life, I highly suggest spending your money on one of these. Great for the blood pressure.

This is a perfect size for our gas grill, Blackstone, and Webber charcoal grill. It was easy to put together and good quality, especially for the price point

Warning!- Missing Pieces Not Currently Available

I received the Gazebo with 5 pieces missing. You are only able to converse with Sunjoy regarding missing pieces online= lots of waiting. After several hoops, I have now been told the pieces are not available at this time without any indication of when they will be available despite the fact that The Home Depot shows 39 units of the gazebo available for purchase. You would think they could open a box to complete the orders that have already paid over one thousand dollars for the gazebo!

Great product... was missing 2 sets of parts

This is super sturdy and did take some time to put together. Instructions were clear other than a few steps.

Too many missing pieces.

Damage parts, which were not replaceable, or either back order. Poor instructions, I wasn't pleased at all.

We love this grille gazebo! We were able to assemble it in 1 day! We love how durable it is. We live on a small hobby farm and the weather can be intense in the country. This gazebo is great for keeping us protected while we entertain.
