Not Happy with this Purchase

Home Depot does not deliver this item AAA Cooper delivered it and dropped it at the top of my driveway and I have no way of moving it down to my house. The 2 large boxes weigh 1k lbs and when I contacted HD they offered to pay Me $250 to have someone move it if I could find someone so I requested to return it and be refunded. They then told me there would be a restocking fee! This has been a nightmare! On top of that it will cost 2k+ to have it assembled. Save yourself some trouble and have a carport built onsite!!!!!!!! 😡

Finally complete now. Quality engineering and design. Worth every penny of retail price! The look matches the design quality. I have a hard time believing one could make this purchase and regret it. I had my reservations but a family member told him " I would not regret it". He was right. Enough said!

Carport/Gazebo

Love it! I've had so many compliments on the look of this item. The matt black matches the shingles and shutters on our house very well. I had family over to help put it together. They did it in one day.

Assembling its challenging some parts don’t fit like they should you need to figure out different ways to get it done.

This product does not come with the brown transparent roof. Very mis leading

Great Piece, minor improvements needed

This piece is huge and beautiful! I love the sturdiness and powder coated black steel. I also love that the roof panels were solid black and not transparent brown. It came packaged well and delivery was smooth. The instructions could be better… some visuals are misleading and lead to you putting on pieces backwards. It can also be difficult to screw in pieces to the roof because it is so tall, so make sure to have tall ladders and multiple people. Overall we are happy

Add Joist Hangers For Snow

I am extremely pleased with my carport from Autocove. It’s your option, pay $10k to have a contractor build one or buy this and add upgraded Joist Hangers and pressure treated 2x4’s underneath their thin support cross members that could never hold more than two feet of snow. But this carport looks so classy and for the $300 I paid to upgrade underneath the roof and make it rated for up to 4 feet of snow I figure now. The roof also holds snow in so in the summer I plan to add sheets of metal to the roof so snow will slide off when you spray PAM on the metal in the fall. You’re going to save money buying this, leave some room for upgrades. It’s similar to when I buy a pizza at Papa Murphy’s and then add some more cheeses. Maybe open a can of olives. Heck I might add so much support I could actually walk on this roof for under $500 in upgrades. I’m love this carport.

Excellent product and customer service

We ordered the 14x20 Metal Carport, Steel Gable Roof Gazebo. There was a wrong part for the ridge cap and a significant scratch on one piece so we contacted SunJoy customer service. They replied promptly to take care of the issue.

The Perfect Car Protection

Love this car port so much! It's sturdy and looks very high end. Kit comes with everything you'll need to build it, with step by step instructions that are easy to follow, just take your time. My friend and I build this over two evenings working on it for a couple hours each. Love the finished product and I'll definitely be getting more.
