I had to return this product. The manufacturing quality was horrific. Chair could not be assembled with two people. I would avoid this product.

Horrible Manufacturing Quality

I really want to love this item; however, putting this together is a nightmare and the holes in the arm rest and seat did not line up. I would have had to modify the holes to assemble them. I do not recommend this product - I returned it to the store today

Great customer service

I purchased this item cheaper on Overstock but the parts were missing. Found it on Youtube and purchased it again at Sunnydaze directly. Spoke with American rep (that spoke clear English name Tiffany). the website provided 10% discount; so price increase was slightly reduced and that helped. Great Customer service and I like that the call was NOT outsourced to the Philippines. Tiffany understood my questions and answered properly and professionally.

Love the look and concept, but here’s my review after owning the chair for 3 weeks:

Disappointment

I bought this in the beginning of the summer but was away and didn't put it together until fall. We used it twice before it broke. There is a flimsy connection underneath. Because it had been some time since ordering, I could not be refunded. In sum- major waste of time and money. And disappointed with Overstock.com for not refunding.

Easy to put together and love spending time outside on it.

The chair looks like it should be very comfortable but...

The chair looks like it should be very comfortable but it's not balanced well. If anyone lays on it, child or adult, the lounge chair tips so much that your head is almost at ground level. We solved this by putting concrete blocks under the back rockers but we can no longer use it as a rocker.

Chaise Rocker Review

Only caveat is, if it is light so it will blow over. This happened to me in AZ. But it is easy to set up straight, and easy to clean off. However if you have something sharp behind it, the set could be damaged.

Just received my lounge and

Just received my lounge and the box was destroyed, and holes in box as well! After moving it into the house I realized some of the hardware had fallen onto the ground! I am hoping when I put it together all the pieces are actually there. If not I will be calling customer service.😔

The instructions were a little confusing but was able to do it after several attempts.

I really like this chaise, it is very comfortable. The only draw back to this chaise is on a windy day the top is like a parachute and the wind catches it and it blows over. Other than that it is a great chaise.
