Love the chairs.
Very comfortable
I am satisfied with the new product. But, we had problems with the shipper who damaged the box and one of the 4 chairs. We refused delivery and contacted Houzz and Flo L. did a wonderful job in contacting the manufacturer and getting another chair shipped, which we have not received yet. She made the process painless and exceeded our expectations in keeping us informed through the entire process of refusing deliver to having replacement chair shipped.
