beautiful spread

this bedspread set is light-weight, but rich in color and texture. Gorgeous!

Not What I Expected

For the price I expected a rich navy blue. The fabric looked cheap. It was washed out and shabby. It also shed little threads all over the bedroom carpet. I’m only sorry it did not return it before using it. I will donate it to a shelter.

NOT A TRUE MATELLASSE

The name says it is a matellase fabric. It isn't. It snags easily with loose thread construction. Stay away from Superior if you are wanting matellase.

Long long long coverlet

Nice quality but this is Not a coverlet this is a full on bedspread that touches the ground on all three sides. That is the only negative about it.

The second time purchase

This is my second purchase. I bought white again. The first one lasted for 3 years. When I bought it, it was way too big, but it shrank every time I washed it and it become just right. After using it for 3 years, it became too small. Still, I decided to buy it again because it is cotton and the weaving is beautiful.

Poorly constructed

Sheds more than a long haired dog in the summer. Order two different color and received same color

Beautiful and appears to hold up well to our dogs walking and sleeping on it. The king size bedspread is large enough to fit our California King mattress. Washes well. The dryer screen was packed with lint after washing it the first time.

Summertime use

It is not thick enough for my taste.

Good design

Comfortable. The full size cover is good for the Kingbed.

Looked faded

I purchased this bedspread to replace a worn burgundy one. The new one looked more faded and duller than the one I wanted to replace. It was bigger which I wanted but a little bigger than I expected or need. I returned it.

Great oversized bedspread

Thin but has a nice thread count so it’s very warm. Love that it is a larger size so it can cover the under bed storage items. It did shrink a bit when washed and dried which was beneficial. Pattern and color are subtle and not overpowering.

Will return

Too white, need blue or ivory.

This is a beautiful, well made California king sized bedspread. I love it!

Too large? Not proportional

The best way to describe this bedspread is: it's a really big blanket. It doesn't have the depth of texture I expect from matalesse. It was so large, it hit the floor on the sides. I did return it.

King size bedspread

Exactly what I expected! I needed to wash it first, for two reasons. I bought a king size for my queen size bed expecting it to shrink. It did and is now the perfect size. It also had absorbed a chemical odor from the zippered bag it came in. That completely disappeared after washing. An excellent value.
