I like these towels. I have several sets that I use different seasons of the year. They have faded some but not bad. I use them daily and wash them often and they have held together.

Inferior Towels Definitely Not Superior Towels

Washed these towels on the normal towel setting per instructions on tag, and half the towel ended up on my lint screen and in the dryer. Loose threads all over the towels and washcloths. You can't buy good towels anymore, even when they are labeled Egyptian cotton and a high gsm. I don't know why reviews are allowed as part of a promotion as they are never accurate.

Soothing Sheets

These sheets are so soothing when you crawl into bed after a long day, or any day really. Perfect color I was looking for and arrived quickly. Reasonably priced for good quality

Fuzzy, Smelly Little Devils

These towels in a teal color seemed to be good quality, however, I put them through the wash with detergent. After I pulled them out of the washer, they had an extremely strong chemical odor. I re-washed them, this time adding Borax. I pulled them out of the washer, and the odor was still there. Next, I ran them through the wash again, with only 1 cup of white vinegar -- no detergent. The odor had lessened. I then ran them through with only 1 cup of baking soda -- no detergent. This time, they came out with no offensive odor. I dried them and they were fine. They do release an awful lot of fibers. This will most likely continue for several more washes.

Superior is accurate

These are the best towels I have ever used. They are heavy and absorb water so well. They are also larger than my other towels and wrap around the body really nicely. The color fits with my bathroom ambience and I will definitely buy more.

Not the color shown - got light gray, instead of charcoal!

I do love this towel set. It's the second set I've ordered, the first being the plum color, which is beautiful. The towels are thick and soft and really nice. I ordered this second set in charcoal, which was shown as a nice dark gray, exactly what I needed.. Instead what I got is a very light, wimpy shade of gray, which will look awful in my bathroom. The towels are great, but this light shade of gray is not what I wanted!

The Best Towels I Ever Had!

I love the size of the washcloths - they're huge! I also love the thickness and softness to this towel set. I purchased 2 sets in the cream, and then from the same brand I purchased the chocolate set (much larger set than this one), and both colors complement one another for my equestrian-coastal bathroom theme. I plan on purchasing more of these towels in some of the other colors. During the pandemic, you can't go wrong with having many backup towels! The color looks pretty much like what you see on the screen. I wish they had matching bath rugs and toilet covers in the same colors (that would be perfect!). These towels make excellent gifts, too! I'd highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Nice thick and soft

I bought these for my daughter in law for Christmas. Since there was no charge on shipping and handling I purchased her an extra set. When I placed the order I thought I put her address for delivery. In fact I triple checked but, the towels came to my house. I had to ship them to Kentucky and it was $31.00. I just looked again at my online order and it now shows my address for the shipping. With this being said I was able to look at them and loved the navy blue,thickness and softness. I'm a little bummed spending 31 bucks to send them to her but, I can write the review. I'm hopeful Santa will send me these towels! Absolutely would buy again and trust me when I say these towels will hold up and last year's!

I first purchased the set of hand towels only and fell in love with them. This 3-piece towel set (bath, hand and washcloth) matches perfectly. The BEST towels I've ever owned. Thick, luxurious and super absorbent. Washed beautifully and, yes, due to the thickness it did take longer to dry as I expected. Great price for these super high quality towels! And, of course, Overstock always ships fast. Very happy with my purchase and always happy with Overstock!

I loved these thick, luxurious towels. They are very thick and absorbent, but I might have to tone down the GSM because at 900, it makes the hand towels just a little too fat to place on the towel rack correctly. Imagine that, a too thick hand towel-amazing! The only problem I had was figuring out what GSM was. This is what Google said: "GSM is short for grams per square meter. All fabrics have a weight, and the standard measurement for the weight and quality of fabrics (including towels) is grams per square meter. This number refers to the density of the towel. High quality Turkish cotton towels are generally heavier and are more absorbent. "

Great set. Would buy again.

This set is terrific. But I don't buy towels often enough to know how it ranks with other towels of the same weight. The price is the best I've seen on a set and the color perfect. The towels are soft and absorbent. The bath towel is heavy which does not bother me, but might bother someone very weak. I have also occasionally gotten the impression the bath towel was a little cool to the touch. I think it was not completely dry from the last shower when I felt this.

Beautiful towels

These are beautiful, luxurious, absorbent, thick, heavy terrycloth towels. They don't shred or pill. They have no history so far of fading or bleeding. These are luxury towels so please make sure you observe the quantity and price when you place the order. When you do place your order be aware that you're only going to acquire one hand towel, one bath sheet and one face cloth. That is three towels for one price. That got me a little confused on when my package showed up I only had one of each towel and I thought that I was getting four of each. No problem though I just went back and ordered two more sets. One way or the other, these are the best towels I've ever owned, and I've looked around! You will not be disappointed.

Ultra plush but don't dry

These are the thickest, plushest towels I've ever bought, and the color (seafoam) is gorgeous. One tiny problem. They don't dry you. They feel like you're drying yourself we fluffy saran wrap. Washed them once with baking soda and then with detergent and they literally did not dry me after a shower, as thought they had been process with a half bottle of fabric softener. Next wash was with hot water and baking soda, then another hot wash with detergent, and I used about a half cup of white vinegar in the final rinse. Slightly better. Have to say the much cheaper--and 25% polyester--Cozelle towel set bought here performed much better--though they didn't look anywhere near as lush. Perhaps several more washings will remove whatever finish is in the fabric.....

Superior 900 GSM 3pc Towel sets...

Rust & Teal; exactly as shown, in photos. Wash warm water, 1Tblsp gentle detergent, 1/4 c Baking Soda, 1/4 c diluted White Vinegar & 1/2 cap of Gain Scented Beads. Add all to warm water Only & let agitate, until mixed. Then add towels & keep washing on Very Short, Gentlest wash cycle. Wash colors separately-(especially darks & lights, lint factor!!). There may be 1 or 2 strings to snip. All in All, Soft, Thick, Absorbent & amazing towel sets. Would prefer larger bath towels; though, they don't carry Superior 900GSM Bath Sheets?!?!?!?? They do carry 6pc sets, equally as wonderful. Will last; if You use this gentle washing suggestion, Every Single Wash!😉 Nice hook tag for hanging; but You may want to re-enforce, first!!😮

Among the Best

This review is for the Red Superior 900 GSM 3 piece Towel set. These towels are a beautiful Tomato Red. They are the same color as pictured on the web site. Like the brown set that I previously reviewed, I found no bleeding. The lose of fiber has been consistent in all towels in this group. I think it worth mentioning, that this is not uncommon in any similar products of this material makeup, no matter the manufacturer or the type product. These towels consistently measured, exact to the measurements given on the website or larger, before wash. They are never smaller. Bath towels have measured 30"-30 3/8" wide and 55 3/4"-56 1/2 " long. Hand towels have measured 20"-20 3/8" wide and 31"-31 1/4" long. Wash cloths have measured 13"-13 1/4" wide and 13 1/2"-14" long. Perhaps these measurements account for an expected loss in area by the manufacturer. Maybe it has something to do with the direction of weave. After Laundering, all towels averaged a 1/4' inch loss in width and 1" loss in length. These findings tend to bolster my conclusion concerning manufacture process. All things taken into consideration, I was left with a very usable product that very closely approximated the advertised dimension of all towel groups. Well done Superior. Perhaps in my next review, I'll get ambitious and formulate some test to measure the volume of liquid these towels will absorb. I'm attaching photos of before and after laundering. As you can see, there's not a lot of difference. As I mentioned in my previous posts, I launder my towel products several times with a cup of vinegar in each wash before using and dry completely between washes, to remove as much fluff as possible.

Fabulous towels!

I have had these towels for only a couple of weeks, so I cannot speak to their endurance with respect to color and repeated washings. But so far I have ZERO COMPLAINTS. While right out of the shipping box they may be a bit "flat", after their first wash they are luxurious. The colors have not bled (too soon to determine if they fade). The towels have maintained their size and shape ( no ugly uneven shrinking between the banded area and the looped fabric). There has been no fraying; the seams are holding up so far. The large hanging tape loop is much appreciated. ,

Thick, lush, but leaves you wet!

These towels are such a disappointment. They are large, soft, lush. Everything that you think you would want in a towel. I was so excited when I read about them that I bought two sets at once. There were a few reviews that mentioned the towels didn't dry water off the skin well and that after use the towels took forever to dry. Keeping those things in mind, (and because the price was so enticing), I Ordered 2 Chocolate Towel Sets. Well I should've heeded the advice of the shoppers who came before me. For some reason the towels are not very absorbent. The Towels are so thick and lush you would think that they would be perfect. But they're not. When you try to dry yourself off they do not absorb the water off your skin. After trying for twice as long as normal, you may get partially dry. After hanging the thick towels up to dry (in the morning) the next day they're still damp. I live in the Pacific Northwest. Perhaps if I lived in Florida or Arizona the towels would be dry sooner. But I don't live in a dry arid climate. So after I shower I have to throw these towels in the dryer. I'm using extra energy/extra cost to dry the towels. I didn't get such a great deal after all. Great disappointment. I wonder if I can return them? I do not recommend this towel set. If you want to give them a whirl go ahead but buyer beware.

Won't hold their color

I bought towels in Charcoal and towels in Toast and nearly every towel now has stains on them. Charcoal is dark gray, Toast is a honey brown - these are not towels that should show stains. , ,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, At first I thought it was a problem with just the Charcoal, but then we started using the Toast recently, and the stains have appeared. It looks like we threw bleach on them, but I don't use bleach in my house. The personal care products we use should not have caused these stains - my ****** towels I replaced never looked this bad (after 5 years of use!). , ,,,,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, The towels themselves are fine, but what I wanted was new-looking towels in my bathroom. Instead, I want to put them in the garage to use as rags. It's embarrassing to have stained/bleached out towels in a bathroom when you know they are new and clean., ,,,,,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I spent a lot of money on these towels and now I have to either buy new towels or be reminded of the poor quality and the fact that Overstock.com has such a short return window. I will definitely think twice about shopping at Overstock.com again.
