Extremely difficult

I fell in love with the couch in-store. Months later I pulled the trigger and ordered 2 for my living room. It took 2 months to arrive, no biggie tho. They are stunning. However, this fabric is no good. I know that you cannot clean with water based products and you must use a code S cleaner (solvent/chemical). Finding a true S code cleaner has been extremely difficult to find. This fabric cannot tolerate ANY water. My husband has a couple raindrops on his sweatshirt and it left watermark stains on the couch and the solvent cleaner cannot remove water spots. I’ve never encountered such a high maintenance fabric in my life. Also, the exposed wood detail at the bottom of the is cracking and splitting. As well, these couches are extremely heavy and sit completely flat/flush on the ground. Getting your fingers under the couch to pick up and move is this biggest headache. There is nothing easy about this couch.

2nd review on staining

Caution anyone interested in buying this stains really badly. Any water applied discolors the fabric and makes it worse. A shame since I brought 2.

Very Disappointed

This is a very stunning sofa, I waited and saved for months to add this to our bedroom however I am now so sick and upset about this sofa. I would have never, ever bought this had I known that there is no way to clean it. Our dog laid on the sofa at night, I put a blanket on it so she could. She licked her paws and it left marks on the sofa. I contacted Magnolia several times about how to clean it, they just saw to use on mild water-free cleaning solvents. That does not work. I contacted a professional to come and clean it, he said there is no way to get it clean due to the fireproof padding inside. There should be more of a disclaimer on this couch.!
