Gear color and quality

My wife and I love this rug. Our dogs actually destroyed the first, so we ordered an exact replacemnet. Do expect to vacuum hair balls for a bit, it is wool. The color is great and the quality is unmatched for the price.

Beautiful

I absolutely love this rug. Though I’ve liked everything I purchased by Safavieh, this is my all-time favourite. The colors are vivid, the materials are high quality, and I always get compliments on it. Everything in the room is light and neutral, so the rug is the center of attention. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful rugs but not great quality

I was very excited to get these rugs in april. They look very beautiful in my home and I get many compliments on them. 4 months later, I can see that the downside is that they have never stopped "shedding'. I never expected an expensive rug to shed these little tiny white fibers everywhere. If I lay on the floor to play with my dogs I am covered in them. The dogs are covered in them! When I vacuum, I constantly have to empty the cup because so many fibers come off the rugs that it actually blocks my shark vacuum cleaner. While I love the look of these rugs, and they were exactly what I wanted, I am very disappointed in the quality and performance. I will never buy Safavieh rugs again. Be warned!

Muted colors look different than the website.

I love the texture and colors of this rug. The colors do seem a little bit more muted than those on the site. The orange is more like a terra-cotta; the green on the leafy Branches is more like a tan and olive combination. The light blue is kind of a dusty blue. The total effect is playful but not too flashy – I love it! The quality of the fibers looks good too. The yarn is tightly furled and I think that it should hold up pretty well… As long as my cat doesn’t get to it.

Well-constructed, thick, darker than picture

The rug is thick and well made. No pad needed for cushion comfort, but perhaps thin no-slip one depending on where you're using it. The color is darker than pictured on my computer, but other reviews had warned me of that. The gray is more of a taupe-ish-gray with slight periwinkle undertones. The light portion is really tan, not cream as I'd thought, but it blends in with the wood tones I have in the room, so it works for me. The pattern is very nice and consistent -- not the faded or burned-out design look that seems to be hot right now -- but that's precisely why I got it. It's classic, not trendy.... yet a bit more mod looking rather than old-fashioned.
