Really not cleanable

The reason we buy slipcovered furniture is for the ability to spot clean it or preferably to remove slipcover and put it in washing machine. But to utilize cheaper fabric, Safavieh has made these chairs of a fabric that manufacturer says will shrink with any moisture. They say you cannot wash them or even spot clean them. If I have to deal with light colored non-washable fabric, I'd rather have it upholstered so the fabric will stay in place better.

Beautiful and sturdy. Loved that I didn't have to put anything together. The color is perfect. Just wish the slip cover reached the floor. Maybe when I steam them.

Really like these slipcovered chairs

The chairs were delivered early, wrapped well with slip cover already on, slip covers looked great, no wrinkles. Slip covers are about an inch from the floor in the back but I think they look fine. The chair is comfortable. I added felt gliders on the bottom. Very happy with purchase.

Safavieh Parsons Dining Slipcover Dining Chairs

I have been a very satisfied Overstock customer for some time. FedEx just delivered our one set of 2 beige parsons dining chairs. This purchase just reinforces my complete satisfaction yet again. These chairs are beautiful! Well made, classic style, and comfort! I am using these as captain chairs at either end of my antique pine trestle table. The skirt covering the back two legs on both chairs is about 1-2" short. Customer Care was wonderful to work with (Hazel). They are sending out complimentary slipcovers soon. These chairs give the elegance I visually strive for in each room of my vacation home! The added bonus is the washable slipcovers. My husband likes the versatility of changing out the look with the black linen chair option without the slipcover. Thank you, Overstock!!!

Love these! Great quality and they look so elegant. I have them around my black table, so the cream softens it quite a bit. Great buy! I've had to wash them from time to time and they have washed really well. Would definitely recommend these.

The chairs are pleasant to look at. The hem in the back of the chair does not touch the floor which did take some getting use to. I rarely sit in the chairs, they are definitely not suited for everyday use. They are constructed of very poor quality materials. If fact the back of one of the chairs snapped and broke away from the seat. I'm certain thin plywood and cardboard are utilized in the construction of the chairs. The company, Safavieh, has offered to replace the chair, however it is on back order. Time will tell.
