Poor customer service

I purchased 3 shelves and one had a missing part. I contacted the company on Aug. 15 to request a replacement part. I supplied the requested information. I have followed up with them several times and despite assurances the part would be sent, it has not been shipped. It's August 31st. I remodeled my bathroom and this is the one remaining item to finish. I've never had this experience with a company before.

I always appreciate the convenience of a shelf in the bath and the low profile, non-space taking look of glass is certainly appropriate for a small room. This is certainly one of the nicer ones I've seen. The cost does seem to reflect that, though. It is a high quality product, but I don't know if it is worth that many dollars. I do like the design.

Really loving this high end Caster collection from Anzzi. Every piece feels weighty and substantial, and the styling is just gorgeous. Clean lines, round shapes mean that this piece is perfect in a modern master bathroom, and will coordinate well in transitional designs as well. And this shelf is no exception. I love the incorporation of both the brushed nickel metal and the glass shelf - mine will be used to display my favorite perfumes.
