Very classy and cute design. Vibrantly colored and great quality just as all pioneer woman items that I’ve purchased are. I ordered it because it reminds me of my mom, and I love it so much that I will be ordering her one now too 😜

Everything is how I expected. Except both cups are broken. Not worth the effort to return. Not so expensive that I can’t just replace and eat the cost of the two broken cups. They were not wrapped or protected in any way. Received in a large box with other items, just rolling and clanking around. Same thing with another order. Different box.

Poor packaging ruined the mugs.

I ordered a set of bowls and 2 mugs. The bowls are fine. The mugs were broken inside their ridiculous packaging. The mugs are ruined. I should receive a credit to my account. I will NOT buy mugs again.

I fell in love with this cup the first time I saw it. i bought one then went back and bought another one in case my first one gets broken

I was able to purchase the items separately. I already had one cup as a gift. I was able to purchase three separately to complete the set. I didn't need a boxed set.

The mugs were beautiful and good quality

First one chipped while handwashing it. Secretly bought a 2nd to replace the 1st (it was a Mother's Day gift from my 11 yr old son), and that one also chipped, almost the exact same spot, while handwashing. The quality is very poor. It also has a hairline crack now. We do not have an automatic dishwasher.

Shattered cup handle delivery

Cup was delivered with the handle in multiple pieces. I have been experiencing several illnesses issues that prohibit me from driving and bringing the item back to the store for an exchange.

Cup and plate both received broken. Very poorly packaged. Kindly replace please. Will send broken ones back if you like. I am writing here because driver never marked pkg delivered

this cup is very beautiful. i love the print. but mine came with manufacturer bubbles on the outside of cup. if it wasnt damaged id give 5 stars. but with the defects i only give 3 stars
