I love GreenPans and have several. This one was a replacement for an old one and it has a tiny chip in the ceramic near the rim so it isn't a problem.
Great pans and no food sticking
Love these pans. They are easy to clean and food doesn't stick to them. They don't ever need to be turned up higher than medium heat.
Wonderful pan. The best temperature is medium-high. I have to use it on an old electric stove and it's been performing just fine on those old coils. Cleans easily, if you fry eggs, I'd recommend lower temp and soak right after for easier clean-up.
Meh
Non-stick effect decreased within 2-3 uses, despite following cleaning and use instructions. Now I’m stuck with a crappy pan that looks 5 years old after one month.
Nonstick
Finally a frying pan that is truly nonstick! Cleans up easy! Sure beats Teflon and that copper coated garbage!
