No worth it....

Too bulky, they hold water, when stored 4 season there's a constant dripping, while in storage. Not worth the $.....the cloth seat always come off, pain in neck!

Good service. Good people. They picked up on something odd about my order, called right away, and got it cleared up. I'm quite happy with the experience I had with this company.

This is one of the nicer loungers today that are not inflatable. When I received it, the only thing that disappointed was that there was only one white strap and not two that the directions called for. It still worked when assembled but wasn't quite as secure. After leaving my initial review (which wasn't bad), PoolSupplies reached out to me. This appears to be a manufacturing issue since there are no replacement parts available for this product. I would have been content with sending another strap but they are making it more than right by replacing the entire product. Who does this anymore? Who makes it right for the customer without pointing their finger at someone else for the blame? Wow! Guess I know who will get my business going forward.

In a word: Miserable

I ordered two Sunchaser pool chairs. When they arrived I managed to get the first one assembled, with a lot of effort. The second one, I just couldn't manage, even after trying for hours to insert eight simple screws. It was impossible to get the screws started for the back part. I will never buy another one.

This was the first time i ordered from this company and had a problem in that i didn't receive it. I was frustrated at first trying to get the problem resolved but once i was able to speak with someone they exceeded my expectations and shipped my item to me at no charge overnight. i received it the next day! That's what i call great Customer Service!

We place the 3" tabs in the skimmers and it works great. So easy to use.

Nice lounger for the pool

I needed a lounger for the pool- this one is perfect! Quality materials. All plastic with stainless steel screws. Super easy to assemble- adjusts for taller people as well as shorter. Allows you to sit up and read or lay back wet and chill. I have bought these before but they really stepped up their game with this padded luxury model!!

I would buy again

It floats good and up out of water great. The buoy in sides are hard can be a little softer material.

Great float

Drink holders are very functional as water fills the holder warming your drink. Otherwise, great quality float!

Don't waste your money

This would be great if the webbing would stay on the chair. Hard to get into and out of in the water!

We've purchased three of these chairs. We've replaced the sling on one, but after a few summers in Arizona, that's expected. The chair itself has held up. Doheny's always has the best price with quick delivery.

Frustrated Buyer

This is the third set we've bought and, it's hard to review now because the other two didn't hold up more than two months. I'll revise this review if this set gets us through the summer. No problems with Overton's though!
