Nice medallion, but came defective.

Very pretty and nice quality but I am returning. The center for the canopy does not look right with my 5” canopy.

Nice addition to Dining Room

I was very pleased with the detail on the Swindon Medallion. With a coat of semi-gloss paint the intricate shapes in the band really stand out. Packaging was excellent and arrived in just two days.

Easy elegance.

Absolutely gorgeous! I removed an ugly ceiling fan and put this in its place.

I must say im impressed with the details of this medallion. I was able to fit it in my room with some modification, the center opening is about 3.5 inches i needed 6. Great value For the price I looked locally and found none at this price range. Ill be buying more soon

Looks good but defective - twice

The medallion has a elegant design but came defective twice. The first one came with 3 areas of the white coat peeled off. Because of defect, you can see that the medallion has a white skin on a yellow base. Three thumb size areas peeled off. After contacting amazon/the seller, I was asked to send pictures of the defects and the seller agreed to send a replacement with no issue. However, I just received the replacement today. It is even worst. The out rim lost about 3 inches of the white coat and there are many areas peeled off. Plus there is one small dent. The package is not damaged and I did see white flakes inside the package.I think this indicates poor quality of the product or bad quality control by the seller. The seller should inspect the product before shipping it. When I buy chandelier, I saw a card inside the package signed by an inspector of the vendor. That would be something.My suggestion is to avoid this product. I think it is too much trouble to go through replacement process again. I will see if I can add some white caulking or sparkle and paint it over. But you know you buy this for decoration and imperfection like this is very annoying.

Remodeled a bedroom where the old heat vent was in the middle of ceiling this medallion covered vent perfectly. It is still there and remains beautiful

Eight years on the ceiling and still looking good

We bought the medallion to compliment a chandelier that we purchased. The ceiling where we wanted the chandelier to hang had a hole from an old fixture that needed covering the medallion solved our problem perfectly.

Perfect medallion

It is perfect for covering up the place on the ceiling where our pipe and wood heater covering was...…..perfect color....perfect fit.

Very nice detail

Nice accent piece and covers the old hole in the ceiling where I removed a light. Recommend crewing it in place as adhesive caulk did not hold.

Old World Charm

With a very transitional style of home, we love mixing the old with the new. This medallion is unbelievable. More beautiful in person than in pictures. Love it!

Detailed & beautiful

I have not used/installed or painted it yet (still looking for a chandelier first) but I have with other models/styles I bought. It is beautiful, arrived in good condition, very light weight, fairly easy to paint however I have worked with better pre-primed products with metallic paints. It is very detailed. The edges are a bit rough but for the price compared to wood it is super fantastic. You cannot tell once painted if it is wood or made of the plastic product. I see no reason to buy wood unless you want a wood grain stained. The weight alone is very beneficial vs. wood for the ease of installation.
