Burned my pancakes!
I put batter on this SD 10.25 crepe pan and on my old 11" x 11" HD Swiss Diamond square pan at the same time and my pancakes burned. Same size burner with heat setting the same. Not sure why this happened.
Not-so-non-stick
Nice heavy pan but my omelet sticks. I am using butter and maybe that’s wrong. I was using a calphalon omelet pan which is 1/4 the price with no issues.
Exceptional Cookware
Our new crepe pan performed great, as expected. This is our fourth Swiss Diamond pan and they are excellent.
