I would buy this again.
Comfortable!!! I am small and this chair fits me. Easy to put together (15 minutes)
Not completely happy.
Nice chairs for the price. Fast delivery. I ordered 2. One was fine. The 2nd one had a missing bolt and a small area of damage on the wooden part near the arm rest. I have contacted Walmart and the shipper Hayneedle about this more than once and am being completely ignored. Good customer communication unless there is a problem . If they would get back to me then I would give them 5 stars instead of 4.
Poor buy for the price.
Poor construction, bonded (plastic pseudo leather) fabric peels after a short time. Swivel soon starts to grind (plastic, not metal). Seat has collapsed in the centre. Crap quality for the price.
Contemporary Recliner
This chair is a favorite for our family/TV room and is much more comfortable than it looks. It is well made and a favorite.

Dangerous - Wood lamination failed in 2 years
I purchased this recliner and ottoman on Oct 2, 2019. it was truly the most comfortable chair I have ever used.
Beautiful recliner
I’m in love with this recliner. It’s very beautiful and elegant. It’s great to relax. The only thing I didn’t like was putting together the arm rest. It was hard for me.
I'm a big guy over 250 and it fits me well nice and cumfy. Just a little challenging to assemble for 2 old people..
Lightweight, no lumbar support
The base of the chair is too light. When I start to lean forward to stand up the whole chair tips forward (I'm way under the max weight for the chair so that's not the issue). Also, there's no lumbar support. I had extra hardware left after I finally got it together--which was very difficult, trying to fit pieces that were drilled not-quite-in-line. Other than that, it looks nice.
