I would buy this again.
Comfortable!!! I am small and this chair fits me. Easy to put together (15 minutes)
Not completely happy.
Nice chairs for the price. Fast delivery. I ordered 2. One was fine. The 2nd one had a missing bolt and a small area of damage on the wooden part near the arm rest. I have contacted Walmart and the shipper Hayneedle about this more than once and am being completely ignored. Good customer communication unless there is a problem . If they would get back to me then I would give them 5 stars instead of 4.
Poor buy for the price.
Poor construction, bonded (plastic pseudo leather) fabric peels after a short time. Swivel soon starts to grind (plastic, not metal). Seat has collapsed in the centre. Crap quality for the price.
Contemporary Recliner
This chair is a favorite for our family/TV room and is much more comfortable than it looks. It is well made and a favorite.

Dangerous - Wood lamination failed in 2 years
I purchased this recliner and ottoman on Oct 2, 2019. it was truly the most comfortable chair I have ever used.
Beautiful recliner
I’m in love with this recliner. It’s very beautiful and elegant. It’s great to relax. The only thing I didn’t like was putting together the arm rest. It was hard for me.
I'm a big guy over 250 and it fits me well nice and cumfy. Just a little challenging to assemble for 2 old people..
Lightweight, no lumbar support
The base of the chair is too light. When I start to lean forward to stand up the whole chair tips forward (I'm way under the max weight for the chair so that's not the issue). Also, there's no lumbar support. I had extra hardware left after I finally got it together--which was very difficult, trying to fit pieces that were drilled not-quite-in-line. Other than that, it looks nice.
Nope!
Just received this chair and ottoman today. Fabric color is much lighter than pictured and wood was more of a cherry color, which is disappointing because I was trying to match to existing furniture. Holes don't line up on arms, so I just have them sitting in place. A few small holes and dents in fabric from shipping and a small chip in the wood base. I assumed it swiveled as well, and it doesn't (probably my fault for not looking closer at description if it was noted). Definitely not super padded either. Completely disappointed for the price.
Satisfied with purchase
I had some difficulty during assembly due to the tight location of some bolts, and recliner mechanism is a little stiff. However, the chair is comfortable and a good fit for my wife and me. Both of us are small.

Feeling so-so about this purchase
Assembly was a little difficult because screws and washers had just been tossed in the bottom of the shipping carton. Can't comment on the comfort or stability as my spouse has not yet used the chair.

Not comfortable at all, I am 6’3” 250 when it was ordered it said for big and tall the back is not high enough to accommodate the head rest there are some other issues far as being a comfortable recliner.
Awesome Chair But Over Priced
I am loving my "Daddy" chair as I call it. Is semi easy to put together if you can read pictures as there is no written instructions. Took maybe 1 hour to put together as had to find the parts as they are not all bagged up together. It is so comfy to sit in and swirl around it you want and the ottoman is great to put up your legs.
I would never buy this product again.
The Faux leather started peeling off about a year after I purchased it. The arms peeled the back peeled the seat peeled. Don't buy this junk chair.
Broke after 2 days
The recliner was easy to assemble and looked nice however after 2 days of light use it broke on both sides down toward the base. Very poor design and construction. We return it to Home Depot with no hassles or questions since it was an obvious defect. We also cancelled the second chair that we ordered.
