These chairs are beautiful and very sturdy. I found them to be relatively easy to assemble, but I agree with some of the other comments at the same time. The bolts are in slightly awkward positions and it can be difficult to maneuver the chairs in the right position to get your hands in to place the hardware. But I did this by hand with a regular set of pliers and had no significant issues overall.

Love love love!!! They are so comfortable! Easy to put together. I did read the reviews and everyone said have two people and thats what we did. We had each chair put together in maybe 5 mins apiece. The wood is darker color which I love and we went with a gray cushion. The swivel is amazing in our sun room so we can turn around and see out into the back yard in each directions

Better than I expected. Bolting down the chair to the base was a little tight on my first chair assembling. With the first chair assembling experience, putting the second chair together went faster with these personal tips 1. Make sure bolt pattern matches hole to hole pattern before securing the first bolt and nut. 2. First bolt and nut. Tighten the nut just enough to hold it to bolt. Keep loose as much as possible without them falling apart. 3. Doing tip 2 allows enough space to secure the other 3 bolts with more working gap space. Room to assemble these two pieces is snug. Need patience. The BEST part was sitting in my new chair that I just put together myself. Aaah... My view just got better relaxing in this comfy chair!

Looks great, but Definitely needs better instructions for putting together. Reviews said it has one correct way out of 4 possibilities for the chair to fit on the stand. Absolutely could not find any markers on either. It is a little stiff and seems to lean forward, so I'm thinking we must not have it the right way. but as it is a pain to get the bolts in between the slats of the chair, my husband doesn't want to do it all over again :(

Disappointed

I had a rattan rocker nearly identical to this one for years. While this rocker is quite attractive, it certainly isn't as comfortable as the one I had formerly. It looks better than it sits.
