My fireplace was shipped immediately. It was fast and they updated me in every step of the way. I know exactly when it will arrive.

Great look for the price. Came very well packed. Didn’t have a chance to install it yet so hard to say how it works, but looks well made.

My husband tried it, it was easy to assemble. It was easy for him. The heating works but we haven't installed it yet. Hopefully the size our contractor got is the right one.
