Product was recommended by Amana and was not what was ordered. Return was difficult and expensive. Supply House was removed from our approved vender list!

Only problem is the auto change over. It hard locks between cool & heat and people forget they have to hold the system switch for about 4 seconds to get it to unlock. Other than that it works great.

great display

i replaced a Honeywell thermostat. I like this better as it shows you the temperature you are set at, without having to touch it. Way better display. I have used this brand several times before...really like the display.

Replaced old hard to see and very hard to program 2 cycle thermostats.

The 1st. poorly packaged item from Zoro

The product is great, but the packaging was the worst I have ever seen for an expensive thermostat, and to top it off it was shipped FedEx well known for damaging shipments. Product was shipped in a cheap flimsy bag and got smashed exposing the batteries. I have been ordering from Zoro for years, and this is the first time Zoro cut corners on shipping. All delicate electronics must be put in a secure box, I would even have been glad to pay for better quality shipping. And please use USPS or UPS, they are always courteous and have respect for their work.
