I unpacked the rug and laid it out. It had several loose "tufts" where it looks as if it is about to unravel. The tufts stick up and look very odd. I know there will be some variation with jute rugs but this does not look right. I have a message in with customer service and am waiting to hear back....

Artistic Weavers Conrad runner

The Artistic weavers Conrad runner is a nice looking carpet but had many loose ends. It was different widths 31” at some point and 32” at other points so looked uneven. I did like the tweedy look that the weave had though.

Great entry rug

Used in my entryway. rug has natural jute color woven with cream bands and tied together with grey threads. Lots of visual interest and the combination of colors hides any dirt from shoes. You do need to cut loose threads as with any jute rug.

Great casual rug

Very nice casual rug. The dog however has found a place to chew but the rug is nice

very nice rug. Unfortunately, the wrong color was shipped. The Overstock personnel have been extreme and very nice about return.

Completely different rug from what is shown online!

I received this rug yesterday - what a disappointment! This rug looks completely different in person than it does online. I understand it can be hard to tell shade/color online however, this was literally a totally different rug. There are gray/black/navyish threads throughout the rug so that the overall appearance is overall much greyer and darker than what is depicted online. It's not a bad rug - it's just completely different than what is shown. If you are expecting something that is a true neutral jute natural color this is definitely not it.

Nice, good quality and pretty color. I'm buying 3 more for other rooms in my house.

I like this rug, it's thickly textured and variegated in color. It's very attractive. Beware as it is thick and bottoms of doors may not clear.

Exactly what I was looking for. Right natural, neutral color. Not thin. Looks good.

Fits everywhere

This rug was pruchased for a house I was flipping. It looks great with the darker floors I put in and is durable. The weaving was beautifully done and I doubt if it will unravel. It looked great running straight or on an angle. Couldn't be happier.

This rug is very nice, I love the look of it. Unfortunately it was too thick to use in my entryway as I originally planned due to it catching on the door but it’s so nice I’m sure I’ll find another spot for it

The rug was not the color shown, by far. I believe I was shipped the taupe instead of the tan. Overstock's customer service was excellent and handled the return promptly. I do have to say that it arrived quickly and was very well packaged. The weave looked great and if I had wanted or needed a taupe rug this would have been a keeper. I needed tan/ gold. The price was great so if you need taupe, I'd highly recommend this one.
