Beautiful cabinets - almost perfect

These are absolutely beautiful and I love them. The reason I knocked them down a star is because even after several weeks of cleaning them out and airing them out and even putting scent sachets in them, they still have a distinct musty “closed cabinet” smell. They were also a BEAST to put together. For what I paid for them I assumed I was going to get a white glove delivery but they arrived in two very heavy, very large boxes which was annoying to deal with. It was sooo much packaging! Which I get because they were very well protected but having to get rid of that amount of packaging (especially that size - very large styrofoam) was super annoying and unexpected. It would have been nice if the delivery people could have taken them out of the boxes and packing in their truck before bringing them in. I’ve purchased large furniture from several different stores and places like Wayfair and Pottery Barn always do that for large pieces so I was expecting Magnolia to. Luckily my husband is very handy and we are use to DIY projects but for people who aren’t these would be very annoying to set up.
