The whole experience from product to sales to delivery was excellent. The sales person definitely several cuts above what you expect fron consumer retail. She asked us good questions to make sure we and she understood what we needed. It was difficult to find a black headboard but she did at the price we were targeting. The Next day delivery was also excellent. Next time we will start at Furniture Fair

Good quality, beautiful bed frame
Got this bed frame set up and enjoyed the first night of sleep on it. It is nice! Love the look and seems quality. It is nice and heavy, just what I was looking for. Went together easily except there were no pre-drilled holes for the slats. But that can be remedied.
