It's not taken care of and sent used...?

It was sold to me... used. It was the last one in stock and basically damaged once it arrived and I unboxed it. I expected more because my previous experience was a positive one.

Lack luster

Color wasn't as I expected from the picture. I was sad it looks more like an oatmeal or kind of a dark beige. It's got good structure though.

These are great chairs for the price. I have been looking for counter height chairs for a very long time and have finally found them. These are the perfect height as I still can see over the table without the chair backs impeding my view across the room. The wood legs match my table perfectly as well. They are durable and can withstand my cats jumping on them (when I'm not around). Very happy with the purchase.

These stools are a little tricky to assemble, but they are a good durable material and look great. We ordered 3 over a year ago, then 3 more when we moved to a larger space recently. They have held up well, often receive complements, and are very comfortable.

We ordered these stools for our new apartment. They were delivered on time. They look exactly like the picture. The chair itself is sturdy and should last a very long time.

Comfortable

Weave is larger than expected. Hold up well and attractive. Comfortable and good padding on seat. Foot railing has metal coating and it has held up well over a year.

Worst product

I received 2 bar stools, one I put together very well. The second one was not even built correctly. The holes to put the screws in were not drilled all the way through so it was impossible to even put the stool together.

Color is dark not like picture

Seems to be a nice counter stool when I opened it up. But color is a lot darker more like greenish.
