Good stuff and stomach friendly for me

I tend to have a lot of stomach issues while taking vitamin B. Hence, I am also very sceptical at first with this, too, and if this makes my stomach upset. To my surprised, my stomach takes it well, but what I did was, i diluted this solution in 1 glass full of water, just so it's less concentrated and more stomach friendly. overall, i love this new discovery and will stock up soon! finally i can consume vitamin B!

Like the B, the taste is okay

Can definitely tell when I’ve taken it, but the taste isn’t ideal- I also take the liquid Magnesium, which goes down better than this, but if you can only take liquid form, it’s not bad enough to not use it.
