Very good quality, comes with more than enough lava rocks, very good addition to the backyard during the winter time, fire is big enough to cover the surrounding areas, has built it fire starter. 5 stars.

Misleading - Propane Use Only (Not Natural Gas)

To my surprise, the fire pit I received was not for Natural Gas. It is only for Propane use. I did not realize this until after I had set it up. The name of the product is misleading. I purposely purchased this one for that reason. Now I need to take it apart and return it. All that time wasted. Disappointing!

Doesn't work and missing pieces

Missing instructions, missing ice packs, and only cooled the room for about 10 minutes and then made the air humid and just blew hot air.

Purchased it for my Mom she likes it. It keeps the bedroom cool.

This works great with minimal sound and works as a fan or cooling unit.

It's ok

I got this air cooler because it had good reviews. However, my experience wasn't great. I ended up returning it after a week of using it. I did like the look of it and the remote worked well, but thats it. The air cooler only blew out of one side( the left side), I don't know if that's a defect or if they're all like that. I used the ice packs provided, plus 2 others, and refrigerated water to make sure the air the blew out was cold. However, it felt like a regular fan, which was annoying. This did not cool my room at all, unfortunately.
